Available Positions:
- Position: Deputy Project Manager
- Experience: 10+ Years (High-Rise Building experience required)
- Qualification: B.Tech/BE – Civil
- Work Location: Hope Farm, Whitefield, Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan day-to-day activities and monitor project progress according to schedule.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and implementing the project.
- Plan, execute, and ensure the project is completed as per the schedule.
- Conduct fortnightly meetings with contractors to discuss progress.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on-site.
- Coordinate with the Design Management department for drawings and clarifications.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Mobilize required resources effectively.
- Conduct quality reviews and inspections to identify and resolve deficiencies.
- Study civil and MEP drawings quickly and efficiently.
- Capable of reading and interpreting drawings accurately and raising RFIs promptly.
Job Specifications:
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure that structural design meets project requirements, standards, and regulatory specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
