Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules.
- Coordinate with site execution teams.
- Track project progress and prepare planning reports.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
2. Senior Civil Engineer
- Location: Kerala
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
3. Construction Manager
- Location: Kerala
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering
- Experience: Relevant experience in construction project execution required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project execution and site operations.
- Handle manpower, subcontractors, and resources.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
