1. Estimation Manager

Experience: 12–20 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Key Skills: MEP, ELV/ICT, Civil & Fit-out works, cost modelling, CostX, Candy/CCS and Advanced Excel

2. Bid & Design Coordinator – Technical + Commercial

Experience: 6–12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Construction Management
Key Skills: MEP, ELV/ICT & Civil works, Data Center infrastructure and tender management

3. Sr. Engineer – Estimation Electrical

Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Key Skills: Cost modelling, BOQs, MEP estimation, CostX, Candy/CCS and Advanced Excel

4. Sr. Engineer – Estimation Mechanical

Experience: 8–15 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Key Skills: CostX, Candy/CCS, Excel modelling, BOQs and MEP cost estimation

5. Estimator – CSA

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
Key Skills: Structural & architectural works, quantity take-off and estimation

6. Jr. Quantity Surveyor

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / related field
Key Skills: Excel, quantity take-off and measurement software

7. Estimation Coordinator

Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities: Tender tracking, submissions and stakeholder coordination
