1. Maintenance & AI Lead (AO Lead)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Requirement: Minimum 6 years in supervisory roles
- Industry: Oil & Gas / Refining / Petrochemical / Chemical
- Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
2. HSE Lead
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / PG – HSE / Industrial Safety
- Additional Qualification: OHS / RLI / CLI / NEBOSH certification preferred
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Industry: Plant Operation & Maintenance
- Key Skills: HSE Management System, Risk Management, PSM, QRA, Root Cause Analysis, OHSAS 18001, safety & sustainability frameworks
3. Production Supervisor
- Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering + 10 Years experience, including 6 years supervisory experience, or
- Degree in Engineering + 8 Years experience, including 4 years supervisory experience
- Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery
- Requirement: Relevant industry experience preferred
4. CMMS Planner
- Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech + 5+ Years experience, or
- Diploma in Engineering + 7+ Years experience
- Key Skills: SAP PM & MM, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Deferral Management, Maintenance KPI Reporting, PM Master Data Management, MS Excel & MS Office
- Additional: Experience in analysing large datasets and preparing maintenance reports
