- Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in building or hospital project execution.
2. Surveyor
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience with knowledge of Total Station.
3. Estimate Engineer
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in construction site estimation.
4. Sr. Engineer
- No. of Positions: 04
- Qualifications: B.E. or DCE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in
- residential/building projects.
5. Billing Engineer
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in billing for building projects.
6. QA/QC Engineer
- No. of Positions: 03
- Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control.
7. Billing and Planning Engineer
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualifications: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in billing and planning for building works.
8. Jr. Engineer
- No. of Positions: 05
- Qualifications: B.E. or DCE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in structures and finishing works.
9. Safety Engineer

- Qualifications: Graduate with a certificate in Construction Safety
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager.
10. Site Accountant

- Qualifications: B.Com Graduate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Site Accountant.
11. Store Keeper

- Qualifications: Graduate/Undergraduate
