(A) Corporate Office Positions
1. CFO – (Code No. CP-01)
- Qualifications: CA/MBA (Finance)/MCom (1st Class)
- Experience: 18-22 years (at least 4-5 years as CFO or Financial Controller)
- Additional Skills: CS or ICWA preferred
- Maximum Age: 55 Years
2. VP/AVP/GM/Project-Coordinator – (Code No. PC01)
- Qualifications: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15+ years in highway project planning & execution
- Skills: Contract administration, project monitoring, team leadership
3. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Contracts) – (Code No. CON02)
- Qualifications: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 10+ years in handling highway project contracts
- Skills: Knowledge of NHAI MORTH, FIDIC, EPC & PPP contracts
4. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager (Accounts/Audit/Finance) – (Code No. AAF03)
- Qualifications: CA (Inter) or CA (Final)
- Experience: 10-20 years (CA Inter) / 7-20 years (CA Final) in Infrastructure & Construction sector
- Skills: Project accounting, balance sheets, MIS reports, SAP knowledge preferred
5. GM/DGM/AGM (INSURANCE) – (Code No. INS04)
- Qualifications: Postgraduate in Insurance/Procurement/Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years in insurance claims & procurement
- Skills: Negotiation, SAP knowledge, handling insurance claims
(B) Project Site (Highway Projects) Positions
1. Chief Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager – (Code No. PM01)
- Qualifications: BE (Civil)/DCE
- Experience: 15-25 years in highway project management
- Skills: Planning, execution, quality control, contract administration
- Preferred Experience: NHAI projects, coordination with clients & consultants
