Job Opening: HR & IR Professionals for Project Sites
- Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Associate Manager – HR & IR
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Education: MBA (HR)
- Job Location: Anywhere in Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh
- Experience Required: 5-10 years
Skills & Knowledge:
- Compliance with all statutory requirements of contract labor, PF, construction workers, minimum wages, etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
- Timekeeping at site, daily labor accounting, and reporting.
- Coordination of payroll with the corporate office.
