We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager / Project Head to oversee our upcoming highway projects and ensure their successful execution.

Position Available:
1. Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager / Project Head
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years in highway construction projects
- Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of highway construction projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
- Lead project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may affect project success.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Conduct site visits, hold meetings with stakeholders, provide project updates, and maintain effective communication.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress, financial, and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification or similar project management qualification is a plus.
