Positions Available:
1. Design Engineering: Heat Transfer Equipment (0724 DES)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3-8 Years
- Job Description:
- In-depth knowledge of heat transfer equipment and relevant codes such as ASME Sec VIII Div1 & 2, Sec II, API 660, API 934, TEMA, etc.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical design of static equipment, including shell & tube heat exchangers, high-pressure exchangers, urea exchangers, etc.
- Proficient in using software like PV-Elite, Compress, or Nozzle Pro.
- Responsibilities include studying contractual specifications, mechanical design, detailed engineering, material purchase requirements, drawing checking, and liaising for client approval.
2. Thermal Design Engineering: Heat Transfer Equipment (0724 TDES)
- Qualifications: ME/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 3-8 Years
- Job Description:
- Experience with HTRI, HTFS, and shell & tube heat exchanger equipment like Waste Heat Boilers, Rod-baffle type heat exchangers, and TEMA type heat exchangers.
- Knowledge of refinery and fertilizer processes and thermal design/sizing of shell & tube heat exchangers.
3. Design Engineering: Reactor Pressure Vessel (0724 RDES)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Design Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Job Description:
- Experience in the static equipment design of pressure vessels for refineries and Oil & Gas equipment.
- Proficiency in engineering software like PV-Elite and familiarity with ASME Codes (Sec VIII Div.1 & 2), PMC/Licensors/EPC Specifications, and Industrial Standards (API, NACE, etc.).
- Responsibilities include mechanical design calculation, fabrication drawing preparation, ARMS (Material Technical Specification), and coordination with clients/AI for document approval.
4. Design Engineering: Special Fabrication Unit (0724 EDSN)
- Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Job Description:
- Proficiency in the design of pressure vessels (e.g., Loop Reactor, Column, Filter vessel) as per ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 and 2 using software like PV-Elite, Nozzle Pro, and Ansys.
- Experience in FEA report review and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in project groups.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should have a first-class academic record with no ATKTs.
