Position: Sr. Lead Engineering Manager – Elevated Metro
Location: HQ – Chennai
Education:
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- M.E / M.Tech in Structural Engineering
Experience: 18 to 23 years
Key Requirements:
- Experience in both domestic and international design (preferred).
- 18–23 years of expertise in structural design and approvals.
- Proficiency in Metro/Bridge elevated structures and station buildings.
- Prior experience in tender engineering for elevated metros and stations.
- Capability in design coordination and collaboration with project sites and execution teams.
- Hands-on experience with design approvals involving various stakeholders, including mandatory regulatory approvals.
- Proven track record leading a design team for operations and tender engineering (minimum 10 years as design lead).
- Strong knowledge of value engineering, quantity control, and design analysis software.
