- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Requirement: Knowledge of Primavera and MSP.
2. Accountant
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Requirement: Banking Work Experience.
3. Business Development Executive
- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Requirement: Tendering & Auction Experience in Green Energy Division.
4. Electrician
- Qualification: ITI (Electrical)
- Experience: 4–8 Years
- Requirement: Mini Hydro Project or O&M Experience.
5. Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Relevant Experience
- Freshers can apply for Trainee positions.
6. Cook / Helper / LMV Driver
- Qualification: Relevant Qualification
- Experience: Preferred
7. Exploration Geologist
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Geology)
- Experience: 4–5 Years
- Requirement: Gold Mining Experience.

9. Insurance Executive
- Qualification: Relevant Qualification

Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant educational qualification as per the position.
- Experience in Hydro Power, Green Energy, Mining, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers are eligible only for the Electrical Engineer (Trainee) and Exploration Geologist positions.
