K&J Projects Private Limited Hiring for PMC/Authority Engineer / Supervision of Railway Projects
K&J Projects Private Limited is seeking qualified professionals for various positions related to the supervision of railway projects. Below are the available positions along with their qualifications and experience requirements.
Available Positions:
1. Team Leader / Project Manager
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Engineering & MBA
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the Railway sector for construction supervision / DPR/FLS
2. Senior Design & Review Expert (Structural)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the design of Railway structures
3. Sector Expert – Engineering / Civil
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in Railway/Metro project infrastructure execution
4. Sector Expert – S&T
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in design of Signalling/Instrumentation/Telecommunication for Railway/Metro projects
5. Sector Expert – Electrical
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in electrical design for Railway/Metro projects
6. Contract Management Expert
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years handling contracts for construction works, preferably in Railway projects
7. Sector Expert – (Architectural & Horticulture)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Architecture with minimum 5 years experience or Diploma in Architecture with minimum 7 years experience in planning and design of Railway/Metro stations, buildings, colonies, etc.
8. Sector Expert – (Project & Planning)
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Construction Management & Project Planning with hands-on experience in Primavera / MS Project or any PM software
Project Location: Maharashtra & Southern India
Preferred Candidates:
Working or retired professionals with experience in RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any JVs or SPVs with the Ministry of Railways or Metro Rail Corporation.
