1. Civil & Structural Design – Solar
- Qualification: ME / BE (Preferably Civil)
- Experience: 5–18 Years
- Key Skills:
- RCC & steel structure design for solar PV plants
- Layout & BOQ preparation
- Structural software expertise
- International design codes
2. PV AC & DC Design – Solar
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5–18 Years
- Key Skills:
- Solar PV system design (AC & DC)
- Layouts, SLDs, equipment sizing & selection
- Tendering to detailed engineering
- Evacuation studies & power loss assessments
- International engineering practices
3. Energy Yield Assessment – Solar
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Key Skills:
- Energy yield assessment & feasibility studies
- PVSyst, SketchUp (shadow analysis)
- Tilt-pitch optimization
- PV technology evaluation
- OE & DE project due diligence
4. SCADA Design Engineer – Solar
- Qualification: ME / BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 5–12 Years
- Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end SCADA design & implementation
- PPC integration, networking & cybersecurity
- Performance monitoring & analytics
- Vendor coordination & compliance
- Commissioning & O&M support
5. Draftsman (Civil / Electrical) – Solar Design
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 5–15 Years
- Key Skills:
- Detailed layouts for ground-mounted solar projects
- Cable routing, earthing & equipment layouts
- Drawing revisions & execution support
- Mechanical and electrical drawings
Important Experience Requirement
- Mandatory: Experience in 100 MW+ Ground-Mounted Solar Projects
- Preferred: International Solar Design & Engineering project exposure
