1. GM/AVP – Solar Design & Engineering
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Key Role: Lead Solar Electrical and Civil Structural Design for projects >100 MW. or Manage a design team for pre/post-bid engineering.
2. GM/AVP – Solar Project Management
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Key Role: Oversee project monitoring, planning, and scheduling using Primavera/MSP.
3. Solar Tendering
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 5–15 years
- Key Role: Tender analysis, bid preparation, budget monitoring, and market analysis.
4. Solar Cost Estimation
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical/Civil)
- Experience: 8–15 years
- Key Role: Cost estimation for PV projects, including RFQs and subcontractor bid evaluation.
5. Solar Civil & Structural Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Civil)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Key Role: Design RCC/steel structures for PV plants, BOQ preparation, and compliance with international codes.
6. Solar AC Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Key Role: Perform electrical designs for AC/DC systems, vendor evaluations, and prepare BOQ/BOM.
7. Solar PV DC Design
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Key Role: Support Tendering & BD teams with system designs and ensure compliance with global standards.
8. Solar Energy Yield Assessment
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Key Role: Conduct feasibility studies, PVSyst simulations, and energy yield assessments.
9. Solar Project Planner
- Qualification: ME/BE (Electrical)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Key Role: Manage EPC project schedules using Primavera P6, billing, and project handover.
