Available Positions:
1. Planning Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Requirements: Experience in high-rise buildings on EPC basis, knowledge of Primavera/MSP.
2. Commercial Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in high-rise buildings on EPC basis.
3. Cost Engineer
- Qualification: Post-graduation from NICMAR preferred
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in cost evaluation and tracking of building project costs, knowledge of architectural items.
4. Execution Engineer – Civil
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in construction of high-rise buildings with deep basements and modular form work.
5. Execution Engineer – Mech
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Mech)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in building HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing systems.
6. Execution Engineer – Elec
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Elec)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in internal and electrical works of high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
7. Finishing Engineers
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Requirements: Experience in building architectural finishing and facade works.
8. Finishing Supervisor
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 15 years
- Requirements: Experience in building architectural finishing and facade works.
9. MEP Procurement
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Mech/Elec)
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Requirements: Experience in procurement of MEP items for building projects.
10. MEP – QS Engineer
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Elec)
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Requirements: Experience in MEP billing.
11. Inventory – MEP (Stores Controller)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 10-12 years
- Requirements: Experience in MEP inventory/stores as in-charge.
