Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Design Coordinator)

Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years
Project Details:
- Project Scope: Construction of double line track (3rd & 4th line) formation including earthwork, blanketing, minor bridges, major bridges, electrification works, and other miscellaneous works for 32.5 T axle load, including Electrical TRD (2×25 KV).
- Section: Gaya-Son Nagar section (in between DFCC CH:225.300 (IR CH:475.200) to DFCC CH:292.175 (IR CH:542.075)) in DDU Division of East Central Railway.
- Length: 66.88 Km
- LOA Date: 12 March 2024
- Project Cost: INR 709.11 Crores

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design activities across different teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
- Ensure that design timelines are met and align with project schedules.
- Act as the central point of communication between design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review design drawings, models, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that designs meet safety, functionality, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to design activities, including design reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Provide technical support and guidance to design teams, helping to resolve design issues and challenges.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local, national, and international railway standards and regulations.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for approvals and permits.
- Promote innovation in design processes, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
