Position Details

🔹Position: Project Manager (General Manager)

🔹 Location: Open Projects

Qualification & Experience

Degree: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience: 15+ years in construction project management (Highways, Railways, Metros)
Track Record: Successfully delivered at least two projects on time and within budget

Preferred Skills & Job Responsibilities

Risk & Budget Management: Strong knowledge of cost control and risk mitigation
Regulations & Compliance: Familiarity with local construction laws, permits, and approval processes
Project Execution: Managing all phases from initiation to closeout
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Project Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct site inspections, manage risks, and follow safety protocols
Communication & Team Management: Maintain effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
