- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals and company objectives.
- Oversee project planning, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of planners, engineers, and other professionals.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting for projects.
