- Engineers / Senior Engineers (1-6 years experience)
- Assistant Managers / Deputy Managers (6-10 years experience)
- Managers / Senior Managers (10-15 years experience)
- Assistant General Managers / Deputy General Managers (15-20 years experience)
- General Managers / Chief General Managers (20+ years experience)
Qualification Required:
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech / NICMAR
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation – Develop project budgets by evaluating materials, labor, and equipment.
- Resource Allocation – Optimize personnel, equipment, and material distribution.
- Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Scope Management – Ensure all activities align with client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
