Senior Engineer – Operations
- Qualifications Required: B. Tech. in Mechanical or Electronics & Communication
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Feasibility, Initiation, and Planning:
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for projects.
- Assist in preparing detailed business cases and project plans for vendor and contractor selection.
2. Vendor Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Effectively coordinate and understand the technical aspects of manufacturing processes and EPC business.
- Ensure project specifications are met.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Present project proposals and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain support and alignment on project objectives.
5. Budgeting and Monitoring:
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure timelines and budget goals are met.
6. Project Execution:
- Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
