WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING STAFF
PROJECT MANAGER
- Qualification: DCE with 15-18 years / B.E. Civil with 10-15 years of experience in building construction.
- Requirements: Should have handled construction sites independently.
SENIOR ENGINEERS
- Qualification: DCE with 10-12 years / B.E. Civil with 8-10 years of experience in building construction.
- Requirements: Should have handled construction sites independently.
SUPERVISORS
- Qualification: ITI in Building works / Site experience in construction.
- Experience: 8-10 years.
- Requirements:
- For RCC/Civil Works: Experience in shuttering, reinforcement, concrete brickwork, plastering, etc.
- For Finishing Works: Experience in all types of finishing works.
- Safety Officer: Experience in handling construction site safety work.
QUANTITY SURVEYING/BILLING ENGINEER
- Qualification: B.E. Civil/DCE with 5 years of experience in estimation, billing & tendering.
SURVEYOR
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in the construction industry.
- Requirements: Should be able to operate total equipment station.
STORE KEEPER
- Qualification: Any HSC/Graduate with good knowledge of store keeping.
- Experience: 4.5 years in construction work sites.
HUMAN RESOURCE (GENERALIST)
- Qualification: Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Requirements: Experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor law compliance, working in corporate/developer and similar organizations.
RECEPTIONIST
- Qualification: Any Graduate with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Requirements: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Experience of working in corporate/developer and similar organizations.
OFFICE BOY/PEON
- Qualification: S.S.C with computer knowledge.
