Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil building construction.
- Hands-on experience in construction execution will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Experience in project billing and cost management.
- Strong knowledge of DPR and DMR preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of billing software is mandatory.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quantities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and certify contractor bills as per project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ based on drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Material Reports (DMR).
- Carry out quantity estimation and material reconciliation.
- Reconcile completed work quantities with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate execution and billing.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth billing operations.
- Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, billing and project costs.
