1. Project Incharge – Jodhpur (CSR – Solid Waste Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement awareness campaigns on social and developmental issues.
- Develop engaging IEC materials (print, digital, audiovisual).
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate community-driven programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive behavior change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IEC, social development, or strategic communication.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse communities effectively.
- Passion for driving social impact through communication.
- Location: Jodhpur (Local candidates preferred)
2. Field Coordinator – Hardoi (Solid Waste Management)
Job Description:
- Oversee field activities related to door-to-door waste collection and MRF center operations.
- Supervise and coordinate Green Friends (field workers).
- Conduct IEC activities with various stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of field experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in waste management is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi preferred.
- Should own a two-wheeler.
- Location: Hardoi
