1. Team Leader
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry
- Should be well-versed in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) works of public buildings
2. Lead Designer
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design
- Preferably with experience in execution near running tracks
3. Resident Engineer (Electrical)
- Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
