Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil construction and project execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and timelines.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical submissions.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
2. Assistant Project Manager – Civil (Fit-Out)
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Sector: Healthcare / Hospital Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil and interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate Civil, Architectural and MEP activities.
- Monitor finishing works, quality and project schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs and material specifications.
- Ensure timely execution and snag closure.
3. Assistant Project Manager – MEP
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Sector: Healthcare / Hospital Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate MEP project execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor MEP installation, quality and project progress.
- Review MEP drawings and technical submissions.
- Coordinate MEP works with Civil and Architectural activities.
- Monitor testing, commissioning and snag closure.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 12+ Years of relevant Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Healthcare / Hospital Projects
- Experience in large-scale construction and fit-out projects preferred
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
