Open Position:

Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

• Department: Planning & Billing
• Location: Chhattisgarh

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech/M.Tech/NICMAR or related degree in Civil Engineering

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SAP, Road Estimator, Auto CAD, Primavera P6, MSP, ERP

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in highways & bridges projects (HAM/EPC/BOT Project Mode)

Job Responsibilities:

• Control, monitor, and supervise construction activities
• Coordinate with the design team for the approval of technical drawings
• Regularly check and process bills submitted by contractors
• Schedule activities in Primavera P6, capturing all activities, durations, relationships, etc., to reflect the project critical path, completion of different milestones, and overall project duration
• Process bills of sub-contractors
• Mobilize sub-contractors and construction manpower to meet completion deadlines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for assistance in the preparation of EOT claims, contractual letters, purchase orders, work orders, and interim payment certificates
• Conduct regular project review meetings with management for resource management
• Prepare RFI & DPR on a daily basis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Perform rate analysis of various items and price escalation
• Keep and maintain records of OGL’s and NGL’s
