Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  2. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate selection process.
  4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  5. Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for permanent/contractual positions.
  6. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  7. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  8. Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  9. Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  10. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  11. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  12. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance tracking and leave management.
  13. Manage HR documentation and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Handle day-to-day HR operations activities.
  15. Address employee relations, assisting with employees’ queries as needed.
  16. Resolve employee issues as they arise.
  17. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
