- 6-10+ Years of Relevant Experience in Infrastructure Projects (Experience in HAM, BOT, or EPC projects is essential.)
Job Location:
- Pkg-CG-03, Village Hatma, Tehsil-Baderajpur, Dist-Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh 494347 for the Development of Six-Lane Greenfield under Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economics Corridor in the state of Chhattisgarh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed rate analysis for various components of road and structure projects.
- Develop and update cost estimates based on current market conditions and project requirements.
- Perform precise quantity take-offs and computations for materials, labor, and other project components. Ensure accuracy in measurement and assessment.
- Manage and review subcontractor billing, ensuring all payments are accurate and aligned with contractual terms and progress.
- Prepare and submit client invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project milestones. Monitor and manage cash flow and payment schedules.
- Prepare and review running account bills, reflecting work done and materials supplied, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Manage and respond to requests for information from clients and subcontractors, providing necessary clarifications and details.
- Review contract documents, including scope of work and specifications. Prepare and manage variations, change orders, and claims.
- Monitor and control project costs, comparing actual expenditures with budget forecasts. Implement corrective measures to address any cost overruns.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantities, assess progress, and resolve discrepancies between actual work and project documentation.
- Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to ensure accurate measurements and billing.
- Maintain comprehensive records of cost data, contracts, and correspondence. Prepare documentation for audits and compliance with contractual obligations.
