Open Positions & Requirements

1. QS Billing Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience/Skills:

Evaluate project drawings and prepare accurate cost estimates
Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
Manage project risks and support execution within financial constraints
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors

2. Quantity Survey Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Experience/Skills:

Support cost control measures and track actual costs
Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
Work closely with project teams, cost consultants, and stakeholders for efficient budgeting, cost estimation, and reporting

3. Project Planning (MEP – Electrical)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience/Skills:

Experience in electrical design, support, or execution within construction or real estate projects
Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, industry standards, and safety regulations

4. Assistant Manager – Purchase & Store

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Business, Purchasing & Supply, or MBA preferred
Experience: Minimum 4 years as Assistant Purchase Manager in hospitality

Role Overview:

Lead procurement for a premium hospitality operation (55 rooms, F&B restaurants, banquets, sports club, 9-hole golf course)
Ensure cost-effective sourcing, process integrity, vendor reliability, and quality assurance
Implement policies aligned with operational and audit standards
