Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Civil Execution
- Location: Assam
- Experience: 20–30 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil
- Preferred Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in executing Hospital Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Creating detailed project plans, schedules and timelines to ensure timely project completion.
- Developing project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Keeping clients updated on project progress and addressing project-related issues.
- Enforcing site safety rules, statutory safety norms, organizational standards and statutory requirements.
- Ensuring construction work meets required quality standards and specifications.
- Managing and leading project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Managing resources including construction materials, construction workers and equipment.
Preferred Criteria
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in executing Hospital Projects.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in Civil Execution – Building Projects.
