- Location: Charanka, Gujarat
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Civil Engineering
- Overall Experience: 15+ Years
- Solar EPC Experience: 4+ Years
- Team Management Experience: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with client quality requirements across all project stages.
- Prepare and implement FQP, SOPs, checklists and quality documentation.
- Conduct inspections and obtain stage-wise clearances.
- Plan and deploy quality resources at project sites.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and TPAs.
- Implement quality tools and improvement initiatives at site.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Solar EPC Projects & Field Quality
- ISO 9001 Certified Auditor
- Experience in quality audits, inspections and documentation
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, coordination and team leadership abilities
