Available Positions
1. Engineer – Water & Wastewater (Plant 3D)
- Location: Noida, India
- Experience: 6–12 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech or equivalent relevant engineering qualification
- Project Experience: Water supply and wastewater utility projects
- Required Experience: Utilities water, wastewater and recycled water pipeline projects
- Project Exposure: Potable water supply mains, pumping stations, reservoirs, water sampling stations, bulk metering systems, emergency storage systems, odour control units and chemical dosing systems
- Technical Experience: Plant & Piping design for Water and Wastewater infrastructure
- Design Deliverables: GA drawings, layouts, isometrics, PFDs, P&IDs and detailed construction drawings
- Software: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, Revit and Civil 3D
- BIM Skills: BIM coordination, clash detection and federated model management
- Platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360
- Additional Skills: BOMs, quantity take-offs and schedules
- Standards: Knowledge of CAD/Digital Delivery standards and international NZ, Australian, UK and US design standards
- Preferred Experience: AU/NZ projects
- Additional Advantage: Exposure to UK, US or Middle East projects
- Other Skills: Communication, coordination, collaboration, technical leadership, mentoring and QA/QC knowledge
2. Associate – Structures
- Location: Noida, India
- Experience: 15–17 Years
- Qualification: BEng/MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Qualification: Chartered Engineer IStructE is highly desirable or ICE
- Experience: Typically 15+ years in building structure design and delivery
- Project Experience: UK-based multidisciplinary building projects
- Technical Skills: Structural design in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber
- Software: ETABS, STAAD, Robot, Tekla Structural Designer, SAFE and RAM
- BIM: Experience in BIM-enabled environments using Revit
- Project Management: Manage project lifecycle from concept to construction
- Client Management: Client meetings, presentations, design reviews and coordination workshops
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach and develop engineers and graduates
- Construction Support: Technical responses to RFIs, contractor queries, site inspections and technical audits
- Additional Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
3. Engineer – Electrical
- Location: Noida, India
- Experience: 5–7 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant subject
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ years
- Engineering Background: Electrical Engineering
- Professional Membership: Membership of an accredited engineering body such as MIET, CIBSE, INSRAE or ASHRAE
- Technical Experience: Building Services design
- Project Experience: UK projects
- Preferred Project Knowledge: Healthcare / Hospital projects
- Technical Knowledge: Health Technical Memorandum (HTM)
- Design Scope: Feasibility studies, concept development, detailed design, specification and tender
- Energy Knowledge: Energy strategies incorporating renewable technologies and low-energy designs
- Software: Dialux, Dialux EVO, Amtech and Hevacomp
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and Project
- Language: Fluent English with excellent understanding of technical terminology
- Other Requirement: Valid passport
- Additional Skills: Good management and technical skills
- Preferred Knowledge: BS, HTM, NBC, NFPA and UK codes
4. Team Leader – Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying
- Location: Noida, India
- Experience: 15–20 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree
- Experience: 15–20 years of QS / Cost Management experience
- UK Experience: Substantial 5 years of UK project exposure
- Leadership Experience: Leading multi-project teams in a UK–India delivery model
- Client Experience: Experience interfacing with UK clients, consultants and contractors
- Contract Knowledge: NEC/JCT; FIDIC familiarity is an advantage
- Measurement Standards: NRM/CESMM
- Cost Planning: RIBA Stage 0–4 cost planning
- Commercial Experience: CVRs, forecasting, procurement and change control
- Digital QS: CostX, 2D/3D/5D workflows and model-based take-off
- Software: Advanced CostX, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Additional Tools: Power BI and 5D/BIM workflows
- Team Responsibilities: Resource planning, mentorship, performance reviews and workload allocation
- Commercial Responsibilities: Cost reporting, forecasts, cashflow analysis, procurement strategies, tender documentation and commercial evaluations
- Additional Responsibilities: Value engineering, life-cycle costing, risk identification and commercial risk registers
- Business Development: Bid responses, fee proposals, scopes and mobilisation planning
