Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects as per drawings and schedules.
- Maintain industrial buildings and carry out repair and modification works.
- Coordinate with contractors, users and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Ensure site safety compliance and quality control.
- Check bills and verify documentation for payments.
- Execute construction as per relevant IS Codes and specifications.
- Manage sanitation and horticulture maintenance where required.
