- Experience: 5–10+ Years

4. QA/QC Lead – Mechanical
- Experience: 12–18+ Years
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
5. QA/QC Manager – Mechanical
- Experience: 12–18+ Years

6. QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

Civil QA/QC Requirements
- Relevant experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Dam / Underground Projects
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and project quality management
- Experience in QAP, ITP and Method Statements
- Experience with MIR, WIR, NCR, audits and quality documentation
- Exposure to concrete works and RCC
- Experience in excavation, tunnelling, grouting and rock support
- Experience in dam structures and underground works
- Client / PMC / Consultant coordination experience
- Knowledge of relevant IS/IRC/ASTM specifications and project quality standards
Mechanical QA/QC Requirements
- Relevant experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Hydro-Mechanical Projects
- Strong experience in Mechanical QA/QC and inspection
- Exposure to penstock and steel lining
- Experience with gates, valves and embedded parts
- Knowledge of pressure pipelines and hydro-mechanical equipment
- Experience in mechanical erection
- Knowledge of WPS/PQR and welding inspection
- Experience in NDT, material inspection and hydro/pressure testing
- Experience with QAP, ITP, MIR, NCR and inspection reports
- Client / PMC / Consultant coordination experience preferred
Experience Required
- Lead / Manager: 12–18+ Years
- Engineer: 5–10+ Years
- Mandatory: Hands-on QA/QC experience in Hydropower / Pumped Storage / Dam / Major Infrastructure Projects
