NCC Limited, a leading construction and infrastructure company, is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced professionals for its High-Rise Residential & Commercial Building Projects in Bangalore, Karnataka.
The recruitment drive covers multiple departments including Projects, Survey, Resource Mobilization, Accounts & Finance, Safety/HSE, Plant & Equipment, Administration, Execution, QA/QC, and QS/Planning/Billing.
Candidates with relevant High-Rise Building Project experience are encouraged to attend the interview.

1. Project Incharge – Head (Projects)
- Experience: 15–20 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil
- High-Rise Experience: 10+ Years
- Requirement: Experience in handling high-rise projects from design stage to completion, including Conventional Shuttering and Mivan Formwork.
- Should have completed at least 1 project as Project Incharge.
2. Senior Surveyor / Assistant – Survey
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- High-Rise Experience: 2+ Years
- Should have knowledge of Total Station (TS) and AutoCAD.
- Ability to lead the survey team.
3. Senior Assistants & Officers – Resource Mobilization
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- High-Rise Experience: 3–5 Years
- Experience in manpower/workmen mobilization and workforce coordination.
4. Assistant Manager / Officers – Accounts & Finance
- Experience: 2–8 Years
- Qualification: Relevant Degree
- High-Rise Experience: 2+ Years
- Requirement: Tally knowledge and experience.
5. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Officers & Assistants – Safety/HSE
- Experience: 2–12 Years
- Qualification: Relevant Degree + Diploma in Fire & Safety / NEBOSH
- High-Rise Experience: 3–5 Years
- Knowledge of safety documentation and regular site safety activities.
- Computer knowledge required.
6. Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer – Plant & Equipment
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical
- High-Rise Experience: 2–4 Years
- Hands-on knowledge of plant and machinery operations and maintenance.
7. Officers / Assistant Manager – Administration
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Qualification: MSW / Any Degree
- High-Rise Experience: 2–4 Years
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll and liaisoning.
- Kannada language is mandatory.
8. Supervisors / Foremen / Junior Engineers / Assistant Engineers / Senior Engineers / Deputy Project Managers – Execution
- Experience: 3–14 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil
- High-Rise Experience: 3–5 Years
- Knowledge of Conventional Shuttering and Mivan Formwork in high-rise projects.
9. Deputy Project Managers / Senior Engineers / Assistant Engineers / Lab Technicians – QA/QC
- Experience: 3–10 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil
- High-Rise Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant QA/QC experience in high-rise building projects.
10. Assistant Engineers / Senior Engineers – QS / Planning / Billing
- Experience: 4–12 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil
- High-Rise Experience: 3–5 Years
- Knowledge of BBS, Primavera / MS Project, Excel and AutoCAD required.
