- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma
- Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Experience Required:
- Aluminum Conductor Manufacturing
- Continuous Casting & Rolling (CCR) Process
- Hands-on production and manufacturing operations
- Strong focus on quality and process improvement
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a B.E. or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
- Experience in Aluminum Conductor Manufacturing and the Continuous Casting & Rolling (CCR) Process is mandatory.
- Strong manufacturing mindset with practical production experience.
- Passion for quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
