1. Planning & Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project milestones, and baseline schedules.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Monitor critical path activities and schedule performance.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
- Prepare project review presentations.
Progress Monitoring
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-Curves, project dashboards, productivity reports, and Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.
Billing & Commercial Management
- Prepare client invoices based on contractual milestones.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and collections.
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills.
- Validate quantities and executed work before billing.
Contract Administration Support
- Review EPC contracts, subcontracts, and client requirements.
- Ensure billing complies with contract conditions.
- Support variation orders, change orders, and claims management.
- Maintain commercial documentation and records.
- Coordinate Extension of Time (EOT) documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Master’s Degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Power Projects.
- Hands-on experience in International Power Projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC, EPC Contracts, Planning, Billing, Cost Control, and Commercial Documentation.
