MBL Infrastructure Ltd. is inviting applications from experienced professionals for the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) phase of its BOT (National Highway) Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Candidates with relevant experience in highway maintenance, O&M operations, and infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply.
Open Positions
1. O&M In-Charge
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operation and maintenance of National Highway projects.
- Client coordination and relationship management.
- Manpower management and resource planning.
- Correspondence, documentation, and contract management.
- Compliance with Independent Engineer (I.E.) observations.
- Efficient utilization of project resources.
2. Highway Engineer
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Highway maintenance activities including:
- Bituminous Overlay
- Patchwork
- Granular Shoulder Construction
- Road Marking
- Crack Sealing
- Supervision of maintenance operations.
- Section in-charge responsibilities for assigned highway stretches.
- Coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
3. Billing Engineer
- Qualification:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering – 5+ Years Experience, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering – 10+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and project documentation.
- Client billing and invoice management.
- Preparation of Change of Scope estimates.
- Planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
- Rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Reconciliation of major construction materials.
- Maintaining project records and reports.

Software Knowledge Required
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- AutoCAD
- Road Estimator
- Primavera
- Other relevant project management software
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following projects will be preferred:
- OMT (Operate, Maintain & Transfer) Projects
- PBMC (Performance-Based Maintenance Contracts)
- BOT (Build, Operate & Transfer) Projects
- HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) Projects
- EPC Highway Projects
- National Highway Maintenance Contracts
Key Requirements
- Experience in Operation & Maintenance of National Highway Projects.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Resource planning and manpower management capabilities.
- Knowledge of contract management and project documentation.
- Ability to manage maintenance activities efficiently.
