Project Manager

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification: Master’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 20 Years
  • Requirement:
    • 5+ years in urban development projects
    • Must have worked as PM / Team Leader in 3 similar projects (₹750 Cr+)

Deputy Project Manager

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification: B.Tech
  • Experience: Minimum 15 Years
  • Requirement:
    • 3+ years in similar projects
    • Experience as Dy. PM / Dy. Team Leader in 3 projects (₹650 Cr+)

Planning Engineer

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification: B.Tech + PMP Certification
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years
  • Requirement:
    • Experience in at least 3 similar projects (₹650 Cr+)

Chief Interface Coordinator

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification: B.Tech
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years
  • Requirement:
    • Experience in utility coordination and interface management
    • Worked on at least 3 similar projects

Design Manager (Design Head)

  • Positions: 1
  • Qualification: M.Tech
  • Experience: Minimum 15 Years
  • Requirement:
    • 3+ years in urban development projects
    • Experience in similar role for 3 projects (₹500 Cr+)

QA / QC Manager

  • Experience as QA/QC expert in 3 similar projects
  • Positions: 2
  • Qualification: B.Tech + Diploma in QA
  • Experience: Minimum 10 Years
