1. Team Leader
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience:
- Minimum 20 years in the construction industry / government departments
- Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Railway or Highway Projects
- Must have worked as:
- Team Leader / Project In-charge for at least 3 years, OR
- Deputy Team Leader / Resident Engineer for at least 5 years
- Role Focus:
- Overall project leadership, coordination, and execution oversight
2. Resident Engineer – Civil
- Qualification:
- Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Total Experience:
- Minimum 15 years in the construction industry / departments
- Mandatory Experience:
- Must have worked as Resident Engineer / Senior Engineer for at least 3 years
- Role Focus:
- Site supervision, execution control, coordination with stakeholders
