Key Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off and measurements
- Preparation of BOQs and billing
- Cost control and reconciliation
- Coordination with site teams and management
2. Site Supervisors
Role:
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Labour and Sub-contractor coordination
- Quality, safety, and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
3. Truck / Scorpio Drivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of company vehicles
- Transportation of materials and staff
- Compliance with site safety and traffic rules
4. JCB Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of JCB for excavation and earthwork
- Proper handling and basic maintenance of equipment
- Coordination with site engineers and supervisors
