Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of BOQs and billing
  • Cost control and reconciliation
  • Coordination with site teams and management

2. Site Supervisors

Role:

  • Day-to-day site supervision
  • Labour and Sub-contractor coordination
  • Quality, safety, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

3. Truck / Scorpio Drivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe operation of company vehicles
  • Transportation of materials and staff
  • Compliance with site safety and traffic rules

4. JCB Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation of JCB for excavation and earthwork
  • Proper handling and basic maintenance of equipment
  • Coordination with site engineers and supervisors
  • Biratnagar, Nepal
