Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- or related discipline
Experience Requirement
- 10 to 25+ Years of overall experience
- Must have specific experience in infrastructure projects, such as:
- Roads
- Power Distribution & Transmission
- Railways
- Water & related sectors
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end Resourcing & Recruitment Management:
- Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, selection, appointment
- Manpower planning in consultation with functional and operational heads
- Visa planning & deployment strategy for international projects:
- Temporary, Business, and other visa types
- Local hiring as per project requirements
- Contribution to HR strategy formulation and organizational development
- Identifying high-performing talent and driving training & development initiatives
- Managing Performance Appraisal Systems linked to rewards and compensation
- Introducing and managing employee welfare measures:
- Development plans
- Resource deployment
- Wellness & reward programs
- Ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances
- Managing company leases:
- Labour camps
- Staff accommodation
- Hire vehicles
- Strong knowledge of multi-line insurances:
- Group Medical
- GLPA
- Other insurance classes with cost-effective negotiations
- Working knowledge of local labour laws and HSE policies
