- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and cost control
Site Supervisor
- On-site supervision and coordination
- Experience in real estate or metal/door installation works preferred
Safety Engineer
- Site safety implementation and compliance
- Knowledge of safety norms, audits, and toolbox talks
Draughtsman
- Preparation of shop drawings and detailed layouts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools
