Position:
Jr. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
Locations:
- Corporate Office, Nashik – Job Code: 25-NHSE2025
- Bankot Creek Bridge Project, Ratnagiri – Job Code: 26-BHSE2025
Job Purpose:
Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining HSE systems across projects and corporate office, ensuring statutory compliance, company standards, and ISO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of project-specific HSE plans, policies, procedures, and national guidelines
- Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks
- Monitor statutory compliance (Pollution Control Board, Factory/Building Rules, Environment Clearances, etc.)
- Maintain and update HSE documentation (Legal Registers, Records, ISO documents)
- Track compliance status of projects and escalate deviations
- Support external audits (ISO, IMS, statutory, client audits)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or B.Sc./M.Sc. + Diploma in Industrial Safety (MSBTE / recognized institute)
- Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience in HSE function (preferably in Infrastructure/Construction industry)
- Knowledge of Environment & Safety regulations; ISO 14001/ISO 45001 preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills Required
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Basic knowledge of HSE statutory requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
