- Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in handling highway projects
2. Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in preparation of highway project estimates
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in preparing Bill of Quantities/estimates for highway projects worth ₹100 Crore or above
