BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd, one of India’s leading construction, infrastructure, and real estate development companies, is looking for experienced professionals to join their team for high-rise commercial building projects in Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
Open Positions:
1. AVP/VP – Project Execution
- Location: Delhi NCR & Bangalore
- Experience: 22–24 years in civil engineering execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Requirements:
- Expertise in high-rise commercial buildings
- Minimum 5 years as a Project Head
- Should currently hold a senior position (GM/Senior GM/AVP)
- Age: Below 54 years
- Note: Must have a background in civil engineering execution (not infrastructure or real estate).
2. GM/Sr. GM – Project Execution
- Location: Delhi NCR & Bangalore
- Experience: 18–20 years in civil engineering execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as a Project Head
- Age: Below 53 years
- Note: Must have a background in civil engineering execution (not infrastructure or real estate).
3. GM – Planning
- Location: Delhi NCR
- Experience: 18–20 years in planning
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Projects
